Just snagged up this Rogue 3.0 bench on Facebook. Was able to get them down to $400. This will be replacing my Rogue 2.0 bench I also got on marketplace last year for $170.

Is it worth it to upgrade? I've had the 2.0 for a decade. What am I missing out on?

More adjustments, thicker steel, integrated vertical stand.

I bought the vertical stand add on for the 2.0 and it is a stout bench already. Some additional adjustments might be nice, but I guess I haven't been limited enough to consider the upgrade. It's a nice bench though. Enjoy!
