dontwantnone09Oct 20, 12:30 AM

What up everyone, HGC opens up on Thursday, with some people sneaking into Louisville a little early. So it is time for the official thread. Post any relevant pictures, videos, questions, comments, you name it right here. If you are attending HGC, I will have a booth #406 where we'll be doing some meet and greets and r/HomeGym style AMAs with a bunch of the reviewers and content creators like Gluck, GymCrafter, and more. Swing bye and say Hi... And with that... Here's to one of the biggest release home gym release weekends of the year!

I will be competing at the strongman throwdown and testing stuff out between events. I think its so cool there are so many competitions here. I have made this my yearly celebration of the strength I build in my home gym by competing here every year and its a blast. Please someone try to rep 250lbs on the rep dialed motion leg extension to see if it moves the bench everywhere

Request from a guy too far away to attend any opinions or info on racks with free motion, arms capable of going one-to-one and two to one would be greatly appreciated. I am heavily considering a Get RX’d tornado rack.

Gym Crafters YouTube channel just posted a 17min sneak peak video! Definitely excited to watch!

Here's the link: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2CNLLzqJ0A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2CNLLzqJ0A) Freak Athlete Hyper Pro X looks sick - much easier to adjust, a better GHD pad, fewer knob adjustments, compatibility with the ABX leg developer, no need to remove the nordic pad (H-pad design similar to the nordbench pro). Their dumbbells also look very good - 10-120lbs & claim to be most durable.

Rolled in a few hours ago. We grabbed dinner and some golf tomorrow before the main event starts.

Goddam it I just ordered the hyper pro during the July 4th sale. Now I'll have to figure out packing it up and shipping it back so I can exchange it for the new model :(

Any word on Freak Athlete Atom? Or Fringe Sports' digital resistance device?
