What is good to have for lunch when i had a burrito for breakfast?

othello351Oct 18, 6:49 AM

I'm doing meal prep for the work week and making breakfast burritos with italian sausage, hash browns, red bell pepper, onions, tomato, egg and cheddar chesse. i was figuring out what to make for lunch and realized all my ideas are also meat dishes. beef stew, that zuppa toscana soup from olive garden, chicken and pasta. would it be too much for the body if i ate both in one day? or do you guys have an idea of something better to get me through the day. for context (if its relevant i mean) i work 12 hour security guard shifts, i eat breakfast when i get to work and lunch 6-8 hours into the shift.

I stay with the theme. It's time for tacos.

Do you also eat dinner or just breakfast and lunch? If you don’t want to eat a meat for lunch, you can use beans/lentils, tofu, etc. to make a vegetarian dish.
