Calisthenics Programmed Plan

potential_swim3508Oct 31, 11:52 PM

Hi everyone, I've been a loyal gym-goer for many years and would now like to expand my fitness horizons to include calisthenics/bodyweight exercises. I've bought a sturdy muscle-up bar for my wall at home and have a home gym. Since I really enjoy working with overload-progression training (such as Starting Strength, 531, etc.) and prefer structured training plans, I wanted to ask which calisthenics routine you prefer. I would like to train 2-3 days a week, and I can also add exercises throughout the day. Thank you in advance!

I have no idea, what type of plan you request, but would like to share a excel sheet, that mentions progression from easy to hard for different types of bodyweight exercises.
