Omni wall set up

billbroomOct 24, 11:31 AM

The Omni wall "garden tool cradle" happens to work perfectly for a full size barbell. It could easily hold 2.

That wood-paneled ceiling gives the whole setup a cabin gym vibe, nice touch. How's the Omni wall treating you so far?

Bells of Steel urethane? I am thinking of getting those, but don’t know if their 199$ shipping covers them? Excellent wall control.

Thank you! So far its great. Does exactly what I need it to do and install was pretty simple.

I actually picked those ones up used on marketplace. However I do have a bunch of other Bells of steel stuff that I ordered direct from them. Had to pay freight on the rack, plates, etc. If you're considering the BOS dumbells, I will say they are pretty nice. However the knurling on the handles could certainly be better.

Very nice. I will need to look into this.

Simple install is always a bonus when you're itching to get the space set up. Did you mount yours into studs or just go with the wall anchors it came with?

Thank for sharing! I’m curious what did you use to hold the barbell on the peg board system?

I cut a single plywood sheet slighty under the dimensions of the Omni wall and screwed that into the studs and then mounted the panels to the plywood sheet.

Its the Omni wall Garden tool cradle. I'm happy to say it works perfectly for a barbell. There's enough space on it to hold 2 barbells as well.

The bottom two attachments, that are adjustable and have knurled handles. What are they?
